Redhat Linux Enterprise ES

Red Hat Linux ES is ideal for a wide selection of single and
departmental server applications, including file, print, network, mail, Web and any
other business applications. Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES is for more modest systems
with up to two CPU's and 4GB of main memory but unfortunately doesn't support High
Availability Clustering.
Why is RHEL an improvement? The original idea behind Linux
was a version of Unix for the workstation. It is so robust that it is very good at
server applications in spite of that not necessarily being it's main intent.
High-end server applications are the intent of RHEL, so all the quality, reliability
and stability that went into Red Hat originally have been put into RHEL and its server
capabilities.
RHEL products have a release cycle of twelve to eighteen months,
longer then that for Red Hat, which adds stability. They are also provided with subscription
services, with errata and patching service to make your system reliable and secure.
